Jan Jakoubek

Jan Jakoubek, a senior associate at the law firm of Kotrlik Bourgeault Andrusko, is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Charles University (Master of Law, 2005) and is a member of the Czech Bar Association. Jan Jakoubek has participated in a number of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and restructuring, and has experience in corporate financing and securities. During his career, Jan Jakoubek has provided legal advice concerning corporate law to several major multinational companies. Jan Jakoubek also focuses his practice on media law and employment law. Most recently, Jan Jakoubek participated in the sale of 100% of the shares of NEV - DAMA, a.s., one of the largest travel agencies in the Czech Republic, to SKI TRAVEL, a.s., belonging to the KKCG group.
